Hello! I am Terri aka Pop Art Diva. I am a normal challenged artist with a passion for creating colorful art and designing wearable art & jewelry.
My life is all about creativity. I was born with a crayon in my hand and a passion for art that led me to art school, a 20 year career as a professional illustrator, 30 years doing art shows across the U.S. and, finally, to a (semi) retirement where I still spend my days on the art and designing that I love.
I was born in Kansas, grew up in California (Orange County, Bay Area and the Sonoma Wine Country) and I now live in Tucson with my cream tabby, Bailey, lots of cacti and assorted desert critters.
There days I blissfully spend my time buried in watercolors, paint pens, colored pencils, watercolor markers, piles of paper, rocks & whatever else I can splatter color on. I get my art on with a few curious (and sometimes disrupting) visits from Bailey and some blues, golden oldies or zydeco music playing in the background.
I love my Bailey, I love art, I love to cook, I create craft cocktails (as The Martini Diva), I grow herbs, edible flowers, succulents and the occasional dust bunny.
Bailey, my happy hour wingman, lover of fuzzy mice and hoarder of missing paint pens and paper scraps.
